WELCOME to VININGS VILLAGE c1838
an Historic Area of unincorporated Cobb County, Georgia.

To its residents, Vinings Village represents a scenic area, nestled between the Chattahoochee River and the Railroad Line. Rich in natural beauty, just minutes from downtown Atlanta; Vinings Village is a classic example of what can be done to preserve openness and spaciousness in the midst of urbanization and industrialization. Residential properties constitute 93% of the community. A Polo Field and pasture add to the bucolic environment, while a limited commercial area is comprised of fashionable restaurants, boutique retail, and professional offices housed in historic structures. To this day, as in the 19th Century, the Chattahoochee River and the Rail Line both play a large role in the life style of the community.

Through four decades, the VVHA has faced  a variety

of these challenges has been  as diverse as the times in
which they appear
d.
