I am on the Board of Directors at the Forest Brook Condos (HOA) and we are preparing for a Reconvened Annual Meeting (and assessment) this Thursday, July 12th. I have been calling Joanne at least once a day (sometimes several times a day) in preparation for the meeting this week and each and every time, Joanne is courteous and knowledgeable in handling all of the issues/questions that I have been throwing at her! In addition, she is proactive in thinking of all of the possible issues that might come up at the meeting from the other owners. I know that she must be a great multitasker in order to handle all of my questions/interruptions along with dealing with all of the other properties that she manages! I honestly don't know what I would do without her!"
